Mental health issues have been in the news a lot recently and I have friends & family who have struggled also. During lockdown I felt it would have been even harder for people who are suffering so I had the idea for this song. The track 'Darkness' is about being there for someone and asking them to reach out to you, all money raised from sales will go to Solent Mind mental health charity.
